Box ____, United Arab Emirates. When we refer to “Mawhub” in this policy, we refer to this entity.

Mawhub’s main mission is to assist candidates find appropriate vacancies or positions, and assist employers find perfect candidates for vacant positions. Given that our Affiliates share this same main goal, we present our Privacy Policy to aware our users and subscribers about our affiliates, and how data are shared, used and transferred. With assurance that Mawhub is greatly and responsibly involved with the collected information and with the privacy of the visitors, users and subscribers.

Mawhub Platform is extremely cautious in dealing with personal Data and providing the utmost care and protection. The Personal Data which is protected under the current terms and conditions, is as described in the Definitions mentioned hereinafter, and each information provided and falling under the scope of the said definition shall be protected.

In addition to the above, we assure to you that our IT system is designed with the Highest protection system against cyber interventions, to secure the complete confidentiality of the entire provided information.

Given that no method of transmission over the Internet is completely and absolutely secure, and that emails, messages sent via your web browser, and other similar methods of communication with other users are not encrypted, and taking into consideration the unguaranteed security, Mawhub continuously undertakes to strive to protect your information and to take all necessary procedures to develop the protection means and methods.

Access to your Personal Data is limited to employees in need of your Personal Data and information to handle matters which relates to compliance identity verification, fraud prevention and customer support.

Hereinafter, we shall present to you the procedures of receiving and collecting the Data and information provided by the Subscribers through their use of the Mawhub Platform:

Mawhub Platform cannot be accessed, neither used unless you commit and approve of the Privacy Terms, Conditions & Policies, which include the collection of the Personal Data, use and sharing of the said data strictly according to the terms & Conditions of the current Policies.

Mawhub Platform reserves its full and absolute right to modify and amend the Privacy Terms, Conditions & Policies solely, however Mawhub Platform shall share on its website promptly any following amendments or modifications after being effectively issued and published.

Definitions:

“Personal Data” or “Personal Information” resembles details about the subscriber or Data Data discloser for example and without limitation, details related to name, email address, password, birth date, gender, nationality, residence, languages, ethnicity, C.V, educational background and certificates, work experience and affidavits, resumes, C.V’s any supporting documents provided or uploaded by you etc.

Special categories of personal data

Special Categories of personal data means details falling in the categories of race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, political opinions, information about your health, genetic and/or biometric data, and information about criminal offences and convictions which are shared directly or indirectly, however we strictly recommend to avoid sharing any of such data. And in the event you choose to share such data, then by consenting on the current Policy you are proving an unconditional consent to process such data in accordance with the current Privacy Policy.

Personnel in Control and Responsible for your Information:

Here, we differentiate between cases where Mawhub is a controller or a processor of your Personal Information, and which entity is responsible for your Personal Data.

For Opportunity Candidates:

• For certain processing, such as when the employer raises certain criteria or questions, Mawhub can be a processor of your application materials submitted through Mawhub Apply and of your interview information when you participate in an interview hosted and organized by Mawhub. These data are controlled by the Employer to whom you are applying.
• Otherwise, Mawhub is a controller of all other information provided by you while using the platform or websites of Mawhub.

For Employers:

• For certain processing, Mawhub can be a processor of Opportunity Candidates applications submitted through Platform of Mawhub, and of data provided by the user or subscriber through the platform. When signing up, you are required to approve of terms & conditions and policies which governs the relationship.
• Otherwise, Mawhub is a controller of all other information provided by you while using the platform or websites of Mawhub.

Purpose of Collecting Personal Data:

As you know, Mawhub Platform is specialized to provide opportunities and to Connect personnels to Employers, and therefore the personal data shared by you will only and strictly be used for the purpose and goals which were the base of launching Mawhub Platform.

This platform provides the chance to Opportunity seekers to publish or provide searchable resume or C.V through the Site or the Platform or uploading it for public search.

By applying and consenting to the above and sharing your Resume and\or resume, you are requesting and authorizing Mawhub to make available your resume to third parties, in accordance with the General terms and Conditions, and therefore you are aware that your profile data and resume date which are searchable, except as otherwise indicated on the platform.

Employers and Employer representatives who receive your Resume, whether searchable or non-searchable, may share your Resume to additional parties.

In this case, Mawhub is not liable in anyway whatsoever for such disclosure. Noting that you can choose the settings of your resume to be either searchable or non-searchable in the settings menu of the platform.

Noting that collecting the Personal data with intentions to process them to other uses, as per the purpose of the Platform, is based on meeting with our common contractual obligations from one side, your consent from another and finally based on Compliance with the Law in particular where Mawhub is obliged to provide KYC (Know your Customer) information to relevant authorities.

And whereas, If you enter or provide credit\debit card information on the platform related to a purchase or any sort of payment, the said information is sent directly from your browser to the third-party service provider whom we rely to in order to moderate credit card processing, and the said information are not stored on our servers in anyway whatsoever. And in return, the Service Provider is not allowed nor eligible to use the said information provided by the Subscriber except for credit card processing on our behalf.

On the other hand, all recipients (in particular other users of Mawhub platform who both have common interest in transacting or connecting) of your personal data will definitely sign and comply with same rules, conditions and policy related to data protection and use of the received data for the purpose of receiving these data only.

The abovementioned recipients are only permitted to use Personal Data for specific reasons and under the direct control and instructions of Mawhub.

Except as stated in this Privacy Policy, Mawhub does not spread, provide, transmit, transfer or otherwise disclose your personal information to any third party for marketing purposes without your consent. Given that after you sign up your profile will become public, and third parties can identify you. Please take into consideration the abovementioned aspect before signing up and registering in Mawhub.

At any time, and in particular circumstances you may choose to take one of the following actions:

• Requesting access to your personal Data.
• Correction of your personal Data
• Request to delete some of all of your Personal Data
• Object on a certain form of processing of your Personal Data which violates your consent, the law, and the contractual obligations.
• Withdraw your Consent, in this case your access to the Platform will be limited.

Some of the abovementioned options are subject to availability of certain conditions and circumstances. In the event you choose to practice one or more of the above-mentioned conditions, you will have to follow certain security measures including requesting additional information.

Parties Shared Data with:

Mawhub share your Data and information with the following:

• To Affiliates since the services provided to you and the function of the Platform could not be provided without such Transfers.
• To Employers, in which Mawhub sends Opportunity Candidates Personal Data to Employers, including, upon the instruction of Opportunity Candidates and Employers. Such Transfers are processed in the course of the job search, application and interview process.
• To Job Seekers or Opportunity Candidates, in which Mawhub sends certain Employer-related information to Opportunity Candidates\job seekers. The said information includes publishing Job Ads, Company Pages, and salary information on the Sites and publishing Job Listings on third-party websites, in addition to information about Employer’s activity and responsiveness on the Sites including the Employer representative’s name, Employers city\state location.
• To Service Providers and other third parties, who perform services related to Mawhub’s operations, in order to develop and enhance the Platform and the services, products, and features, to protect the data of the users and to better understand their needs. By consenting and using the platform, you acknowledge Mawhub’s use of such thirdparties, including but not limited to, collecting, processing, analyzing and recording your activity on, interaction with, and communications with, or through our platform. This includes which areas of the Site you visit (including URLs), which content you view, whether and where you click, scroll, hover-over, mouseover, or otherwise interact with or communicate with or through the Site, the timing of each activity, and time spent on each activity.

Service providers gather and collect this data from extracted information related to he usage of the site, including users of private browsing mode, “incognito mode,” or similar modes in order to improve and inform the products and services offered by Mawhub in order to facilitate reaching the target and goals of the Platform.

All transfers of information to service providers are covered by appropriate data agreements and, in the case of cross-border data transfers, legal mechanisms for doing so.

In certain markets, Mawhub coordinates with partners who are involved in helping opportunity candidates finding vacancies. These partnerships introduce Candidates to Mawhub and our services, the matter which helps Mawhub understand the needs of Candidates in diverse audiences and how we can improve our services for diverse audiences. This might require sharing limited information back to our partners about Candidates, such as, confirmation that a Mawhub has created an account or used one of our Sites successfully.

We give our best endeavors to assist all users or candidates find vacancies and in this process we might rely on partnerships help us reach audiences that may not reach Mawhub through regular internet use. Our Partners may advertise their career services in partnership with Mawhub. For the avoidance of doubt, where partners are co-branded on the site, each entity is a separate controller of your Personal Data.

Third Party Links:

Mawhub Platform and website may include links leading to other Platforms and websites, which may as well ask for sharing of your Personal Data and Information. The Consent and liability you provide to these third parties is different than the obligations provided herein, and Mawhub shall not be responsible in anyway whatsoever for their privacy practices.

This Cookie Policy describes how MAwhub uses Cookies and similar technologies.

• Authentication and verification and keeping the subscriber signed in while using multiple pages.
• To enable and support security features, prevention of fraud and protection of the data from unauthorized access.
• Enabling features that helps providing personalized content similar to revealing recent search activity.

You location data may be used to serve you geo-targeted ads for employers and other advertisers that are local to you. However your location is not shared in anyway whatsoever with the advertiser or advertising network. Location data may be disabled at anytime.
